Kids are usually pretty easily amused. Especially in this house bc we don’t do much screen time, we don’t have video games, tablets, ect. They have Kindle book readers and music pods. (I sound old).
I am AMAZED at how much all 3 of these kids LOVE these little miniature books. Emmi has this idea on making a book store for her dolls. Little does she know I bought a few things to male book shelves for them also. Lol Its just so cute.

I haven’t had so much fun with them in a while. It was tough after the stroke to find things (tedious things) we could do together, then I was also SO depressed for a while that i had no desire to do anything. But I have found some art things they all enjoy

I can (have to) actually slow down and work on patience. I’ve always been so busy working and rushing to homework, housework, cook, ect…I am trying to find that silver lining in suddenly being homebound for the most part. It’s not easy, and I am humbled and reminded again and again to be careful what you wish for. I have never NOT worked. Now to find my limitations, accept them, and adapt, its been a journey, and honestly it really is just the beginning.
